Sandeep Nayyar is a senior finance executive with more than three decades of leadership experience across the semiconductor, storage, and life sciences industries. He was CFO of Power Integrations from 2010 to 2025 and was appointed CFO of Altera in September 2025.
A Chartered Accountant in India and a California CPA, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi and was named CFO of the Year in 2017.
